Alumni

To everything there is a season – including time with BA‑HR. Some people stay with us throughout their career, while others move on to new challenges elsewhere. Whatever path they choose, it is important that their time with BA‑HR should be stimulating and rewarding, and that after leaving they should remain friends of the firm.

It is always pleasing when former colleagues choose to return to us after a period away gaining experience at other law firms, in commerce and industry, or with the public sector. The knowledge and ideas they bring back contribute to BA‑HR’s further development. It is also a source of pride to us that so many leading lawyers in key positions within the private and public sectors have a past with BA‑HR.

At BA‑HR we work together closely and value teamwork. We also believe that friendship doesn’t end when someone leaves the firm. Our alumni receive an annual newsletter containing updates and news from BA‑HR, and we look forward to the annual alumni get-together, where current and former personnel meet for the evening to mull over the old days and to enjoy each other’s company.
