Much of our work has a global dimension, and clients can expect the highest international standards and experience from BA‑HR. We support our Norwegian clients in global transactions and advise foreign businesses on conditions in Norway. However, we also have broad experience of assignments with multinational aspects, either taking responsibility for coordinating multi-jurisdictional transactions, or contributing as Norwegian lawyers to international projects. Because of our specialist expertise and experience, we’re sometimes even asked to handle work with no direct Norwegian ties.
We have no offices of our own outside Norway. Instead, we have opted to cooperate on a non-exclusive basis with leading law firms in a range of jurisdictions. This means that we can offer our clients high-quality legal assistance wherever and whenever they need it. Our long-term cooperation and the strong personal relationships we have forged help to ensure them priority, as well as skilled and practical assistance from leading colleagues across the world – often under our supervision.
