Gudmund Knudsen of BA-HR has been commissioned by the Ministry of Justice to outline and develop a series of proposed changes to Norway’s Corporation Law.
The aim of this prestigious assignment will be to simplify and adapt the rules to better meet the needs of small and medium-sized companies. Among other things, the project will consider the rules of incorporation of public corporations, rules on capital and organizational questions. It will be finished before 31st of December 2010.
