Our asset management and private equity group serves the asset management industry, working on projects ranging from fund structuring to investments and exits. We offer generalist skills and specialist expertise to sponsors, managers, investors and funds at every stage – from establishing and structuring management companies and investment funds, through to making investments, restructuring portfolios, crafting exit strategies and completing successful exits. A significant part of the group’s work involves structuring and establishing asset management operations and investment vehicles outside of Norway, and the team possesses in-depth knowledge from having worked in almost every on- and offshore funds jurisdiction in the world.
