With a practice group exclusively dedicated to asset management, we have worked closely with key players in this market for over a decade. We assist our clients in developing new and inventive investment products and strategies, structuring and growing their asset management business, establishing independent fund management businesses and structuring, establishing, promoting and running investment funds in Norway and around the world.
The group offers considerable expertise in alternative investments, as well as a widely recognised regulatory practice. We also advise on related matters, such as carried interest and other employee incentives, reorganisations, spin-offs and ownership arrangements, among many other issues.

- Advising HitecVision Private Equity on raising $816 million for HitecVision V LP, a private equity fund focusing on the oil and gas industry
- Advising Norvestor Equity on raising €236 million for Norvestor Equity V LP, a fund focusing on the Nordic mid-market
- Advising sponsors and asset managers on establishing alternative investment funds, including Sector Speculare IV, Arctic Energy Fund, Harpoon Global Fund, Explora European Active Fund and NRP Leveraged Bonds
