Clients can be confident that, at BA‑HR, we don’t simply pay lip service to professional ethics. Instead, high ethical standards are embedded in our culture, guiding our actions and choices every day. Simply stated, we try to live by the motto: “Do right; fear no-one.”
Integrity and independence are essential if we are to offer sound advice. We expect our principals to operate within the law and generally accepted standards. Meanwhile, our clients can be sure that BA‑HR will stand by them through good times and bad.
BA‑HR adheres to the Code of Conduct drafted by the Council of Bars & Law Societies of Europe (CCBE), and to the rules that follow from the Norwegian Regulations for Advocates, including the Code of Conduct. In addition, we have put in place further internal guidelines governing procedures on sensitive issues, such as conflicts of interest and personal investments.
